Here are the simple steps to renew your car online with SOMPO Motor:
1) Click on “Existing Online Customer” and enter the required information. Then, click "Get Car Insurance Quote" to continue.
2) An OTP will be sent to the email address associated with your car insurance policy (Tip: please check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it).
3) Enter the OTP to access to summary page where your premium and coverage details will be pre-filled based on your existing policy.
4) If no changes is required, read and agree to the "Declarations," then proceed to make your payment.
5) Once payment is successful, you will receive an insurance certificate via email. Alternatively, click “Download Policy” to save a copy. Your JPJ status will be updated immediately, and you may proceed to renew your road tax through MYEG website or the MyJPJ app.
